Dad showed me a meal he and others used to eat during the Great Depression. It was simply white bread lying on a plate, with brown gravy on it, and splotches of ketchup on that. These three items were free in restaurants so one could eat a warm meal for free.
It sounds awful, but actually tastes good, and I ate it several times with Dad when I was young. Try it, you'll like it. It's better to learn to enjoy it now before we all might have to eat it.
