Here's a beautiful prayer we've found that we pray every day.
O Mary, Mother of Grace and Mother of Mercy, we entrust all our children and grandchildren, living now and those to come, into your loving care. With a mother's heart, you understand our fears and our desire for their salvation. We ask you to watch over them and lead them safely to your Divine Son, Jesus.
Please intercede for them, especially, that their hearts may be opened to the truth of the Gospel. Protect them from the snares of the world, strengthen them against temptation, and guide them back to the Church if they have strayed.
Immaculate Heart of Mary, we place them in your hands, trusting that your prayers are never refused. May your maternal love surround them, drawing them into a life of grace, so that one day we may all rejoice together in Heaven. Amen.
