A group photo at the tenth anniversary of the St. George Catholic Church (Ordinariate) in Republic, Missouri. There are many more people, off the picture, inside the church, or having gone to another one of the three masses, but here are a bunch of us. You can see Fr. Chori Seraiah in his cassock. I'm the guy in the light blue shirt, sitting at the table. Beyond me and behind the girl in the pink dress is my wife Micki in the purple dress, with braided hair. This church is growing fast, and will soon buy some land to build a new church building large enough for well into the future. We have many children among us, so our future is guaranteed, thanks be to God.
Our own Bishop Lopes was unable to be with us for the celebration, but Bishop Rice of the local Springfield-Cape Gerardeau Diocese came. He has supported St. George from the beginning, and we all gave him in appreciation a beautiful statue of St. George slaying the dragon. He really liked it!
